365pharmacy.gr serves its customers throughout Greece and Cyprus.
Orders are delivered within 1 - 3 working days throughout Greece and Cyprus (depending on the existence and availability of the product). In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (holidays, strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.
The cost of transport for parcels up to 2Kg ranges from:
€2.20 for shipments throughout Greece.
Free transportation for orders over €39 for shipping to Greece.
For parcels over 2Kg, volumetric and kilometric excess weight results, the cost of which is automatically calculated by the system. The charge amount is shown in the "shipping cost estimate".
For Cyprus the shipping cost is €15,00 for orders up to 2 kg and an additional €3,00 for each additional kg.
Payments from Cyprus are made via bank account deposit, credit card and Paypal. It is clarified that payment by cash on delivery from Cyprus is not valid.
Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.

Collection from the Pharmacy
In the event that you have stated during the completion of your order that you wish to receive from our pharmacy, you will be notified by phone by our partners in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified either by SMS to your mobile phone or by phone. Your order will remain available at our pharmacy for 4 calendar days. If you do not receive your order within 4 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.
Your order can be collected from the pharmacy 2 hours after completing the order, from Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 20:00, with the name you have entered or the code of your order.
