Product Returns


Due to the nature of shopping, it is possible that the final recipient's expectations are not met by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.

However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning products in specific and only cases. The cases are:

Right of customer's right of withdrawal without reason

In this case you can send us the product by following the following procedure. First, you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package, you place a document in which you inform us of the way in which you wish to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is considered suitable for return, or the new product that you want to we send you, in case of change and finally you send the package, through the courier agency from which you received your order, in consideration of the Returns Department.


Return costs
