Product Returns
Due to the nature of shopping, it is possible that the final recipient's expectations are not met by the product of his choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
Wanting to limit such situations, 365pharmacy.gr takes care to present its products with complete descriptions. This gives you the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily. At the same time, the call center as well as the email communication gives an additional way of informing about the products presented.
Terms of Returns
However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning products in specific and only cases. The cases are:
· In cases where the products you ordered have exceeded the expiry date.
· In any case of selling an incorrect product with proven fault of 365pharmacy.gr.
· In any case of sending a product of poor or defective quality with proven fault of 365pharmacy.gr.
· In cases where there was a problem - a defect in the product covered by its warranty.
In the above cases, after receiving the product, the customer must return it within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of receipt. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, undamaged and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. In the event that the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, 365pharmacy.gr may not accept any return or replacement.
As long as the conditions are met and a product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s). Cash back is not possible under any circumstances.

Right of customer's right of withdrawal without reason
The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase in writing, by sending an e-mail message to (info@365pharmacy.gr) about his withdrawal to our eshop, but with the obligation to cover the cost / cost of returning the product. In this case, eshop 365pharmacy.gr within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the above message will return the money to the buyer to the bank account that he will indicate in his withdrawal. For the buyer's valid withdrawal, the product must be returned to the eshop in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear. The return can be made via Courier and in any case, the return of the product should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg invoice, Retail Sales Receipt, etc.)
In the event of a change of products in a discount or offer, they are changed at the relevant discount or offer price and always (not) earlier than the end of the discounts and offers and within 14 days from the day of confirmed receipt of the order by the buyer .
Return Procedure & Methods

In this case you can come to our pharmacy and one of our representatives will check the condition of the product and serve you. If you wish to exchange the product for another one, we would recommend that you contact us by phone in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.
Product sending
In this case you can send us the product by following the following procedure. First, you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package, you place a document in which you inform us of the way in which you wish to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is considered suitable for return, or the new product that you want to we send you, in case of change and finally you send the package, through the courier agency from which you received your order, in consideration of the Returns Department.
Return costs
In the case of 365pharmacy.gr's fault, the cost of the return shall be borne by 365pharmacy.gr and the customer will receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product or the resending of the order. Cash back is not possible. Also, in this case, the product is picked up at your place by our own transport company. In case of fault of the customer, the latter bears the costs of packaging and shipping.
Remarks
365pharmacy.gr reserves the right to cancel or modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
In the event of repeated returns or in the event that 365pharmacy.gr, at its absolute discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right to return or is acting in bad faith, it reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
In case the product violates the terms of returns and is deemed unsuitable for return, then it will be returned to the customer. The transport will be borne by him.
