• How does the points reward system work?

Discover the points! With every purchase you make at  365 Pharmacy you earn points. Reward points are accumulated in your account, where you can see at any time exactly how many points you have accumulated.

• It is necessary to have an account at  365 Pharmacy?

Yes, in order to be able to collect & redeem reward points it is necessary to have a 365 Pharmacy account created and logged in BEFORE making your purchases. All the points you have collected are stored and displayed in your account, so that you can be updated immediately and redeem them whenever you wish.

• How and how many points do I collect?

In all products, below the price, the corresponding points are indicated. For every €1 purchase, you earn 10 points! For example, buying 1 product that costs €15, you earn 150 points.

(The points attributed to each product are calculated based on its price after any discount and without VAT)

• How do I redeem my points?

As soon as you log in to your account & place the products you want in your basket, the total points you have accumulated from previous purchases will be displayed as well as their value in euros. To redeem the points you have accumulated, simply select the corresponding field & the additional discount will automatically be applied to your order. Every 1000 points corresponds to €1 redemption. You can redeem your points once you have accumulated 1000 points.

• Do I have to redeem all the points I have accumulated?

You can redeem your points whenever you want as long as you have accumulated at least 1000 points. Then, for every 1000 points you collect, you should redeem them all together. For example, if you have accumulated 1500 points, you can redeem 1000 initially, while the remaining 500 remain in your account. If you have accumulated 2000 points and want to redeem them, you must redeem all 2000 at the same time.

• I have completed my order, but my points have not been added yet.

The new points are added to your account upon payment of your order and will appear in your account within 48 hours at the latest. In case you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, the points will be added to your account after a few days (5 - 10 working days) from the moment you pay the courier service, which will deliver your order.

•  Do I earn points when ordering by phone?

Yes, as long as you have first created an account at 365 Pharmacy. In this case, points are normally added to your account once you place and pay for your phone order.
