Ducray Keracnyl PP+ cream promotes the reduction of inflammatory lesions. It benefits from the synergistic anti-inflammatory action of Celastrol, Myrtacine® & vitamin PP & is very well tolerated by the skin.

It offset the dryness & exfoliation caused by acne medications while at the same time limiting the appearance of acne signs.

Helps reduce inflammatory pimples and reduces the appearance of scars. Compensates for dryness and flaking caused by acne medications.

Immediately soothes the skin.

24-hour hydration: after 1 application**

Use:
