Conditions related to the imbalance of female hormones such as premenstrual syndrome and menstrual cycle disorders are quite common among women of reproductive age. Over 70% of women in the UK will experience moderate PMS at some point in their lives. Premtesse® by Lamberts® is a highly active multivitamin, specially designed for women of reproductive age. It can be used both for premenstrual syndrome symptoms and as a main nutritional supplement for menstrual cycle disorders.

It contains 19 ingredients, including: Vitamin B6, which is known to have a beneficial effect during menstruation. Satisfactory level of magnesium (400mg per 2 tablets), something very important since the activity of magnesium is dose-dependent, with 400mg being the ideal active dose. Satisfactory levels of trace elements such as zinc, iodine and chromium (fights sweet cravings). Premtesse® can be used together with Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil. Dosage: 2 tablets a day with a meal.
