Our daily need for Vitamin C is greater than any other water-soluble vitamin. Ideally, Vitamin C should be taken in small amounts during the day and night because it is quickly eliminated from the body. However, in practice this is very difficult to do, which is why Lamberts created Vitamin C Time Release Tablets.
These tablets are produced after a special process, which retains the nutrients in microspheres, allowing it to be released slowly after ingestion of the tablet. This means that the absorption of Vitamin C is an ongoing process that takes about 6 to 8 hours.
Lamberts's gradual release Vitamin C contains a significant amount of bioflavonoids that help the body absorb it. Bioflavonoids have been shown to have specific active properties, one of which is to strengthen the capillary wall. Bioflavonoids include rutin, quercetin, citrin and hesperidin.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets a day
