The Power Health Magnesium Direct is a dietary supplement with magnesium in the form of crystals taken without water intake.
It combines 2 different types of magnesium in high content which in combination with vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production, as well as the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and normal psychological function.
