Pregnall contains 400μg of folic acid, which is essential for the growth of uterine tissues and the smooth development of the fetus. Daily supplementation of 400μg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception increases its levels in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding low levels that are a risk factor for damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. Folic acid also plays a role in cell division, contributing to normal hematopoiesis and maintaining normal homocysteine. Pregnall contains folic acid in the bioavailable form of L-Methyl folate, which is easily absorbed and used directly by the body.
Pregnall contains a total of 24 nutrients, including iron, vitamins B12, D, K, C, choline, zinc and chromium. Iron and vitamin B12 help in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, vitamins D and K in maintaining the good condition of bones and teeth, vitamin C and zinc in the normal functioning of the immune system, metabolism in choline of lipids and chromium in maintaining normal blood glucose levels.
