The Silica Complete is a specially designed formula by its scientific department Lamberts for the health of the skin, nails and hair, as it contains all those micronutrients which are proven to contribute to the health of the skin and its structures (hair and nails).
Specifically it contains:
Zinc: Zinc helps maintain healthy hair and nails
Biotin: Biotin contributes to maintaining skin health
