LAMBERTS MULTI GUARD CONTROL 120TABS
This formula is designed to balance the body's energy reserves between meals.
Contains 26 nutrients in relative levels including, per daily dose, 200μg GTF Chromium, which helps a lot in controlling blood glucose levels. We have also included 300mg of Magnesium because it is known to be a component of many enzymes and is involved in the breakdown of glucose and acts as a "secondary transmitter" of insulin activity at the cell membrane level.
In addition, it contains 150mg Alpha Lipoic Acid as, according to research, it can activate insulin production. Also, studies have shown that cinnamon has a positive effect on glucose metabolism. In a study on glucose imbalance, cinnamon reduced LDL and total cholesterol levels as well as glucose levels. This means that it can reduce the risk factors associated with disturbed blood glucose balance. For this reason we have included 2000mg of cinnamon in our product.
Other ingredients that have a similar effect on glucose levels and are included in this formula are: zinc, vitamin C and vitamins B1, B3 and B6.
Dosage: Two tablets daily, one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner or as directed by the physician.
Contains iron, which if taken in excess can be harmful to small children.
It should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 can lead to mild tingling and numbness.
