The FlexAde food supplement offers the necessary ingredients for the good functioning of the joints such as glucosamine & chondroitin in combination with vitamin C and the trace element manganese.
Glucosamine, an aminosaccharide made in the body from glucose and glutamine, is found in very small amounts in some foods. It is a precursor substance of glycosaminoglycans & proteoglycans that favor the growth of cartilage and therefore has an important role in its maintenance. Glucosamine is material that surrounds the joints and participates in the formation of the ligaments that connect the joints to the bones.
Chondroitin is also an important ingredient with beneficial benefits in good joint health. According to studies it has an effect on knee osteoarthritis, with positive results in pain relief and increased mobility.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage and bones. In addition, the trace element manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue and to maintaining the normal state of bones.

Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (crustaceous*), chondroitin sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, vitamin C, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, manganese sulfate, vegetable-derived magnesium stearate.
Does not contain: Sugar, gluten, preservatives.

Special Precautions: Glucosamine sulfate is derived from the skeleton of shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster, etc.) and is likely to cause allergic reactions in people with hypersensitivity or allergies to shellfish. People with diabetes or those taking medication with anti-inflammatory painkillers, anticoagulants or other preparations should consult their doctor before using supplements containing glucosamine & chondroitin. Not to be taken by children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to insufficient data. Mild side effects such as abdominal cramps, nausea and diarrhea may occur in some sensitive individuals.
