Quest Pregnall bio-lact nutritional supplement is a double pack that combines nutritional tablets with calcium and DHA capsules, offering maximum nutritional support during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The nutritional tablets contain all the ingredients of Pregnall bio-grow along with calcium for even greater bone support, as required during breastfeeding. They contain iron and vitamin B12 for the formation of hemoglobin, vitamins D and K for healthy bones and teeth, B vitamins to reduce fatigue, vitamin C and zinc for the normal functioning of the immune system, choline for proper metabolism, color metabolism to maintain normal blood glucose and 400μg folic acid levels. Daily supplementation of 400μg of folic acid increases its levels in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding low levels that are a risk factor for damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. Pregnall contains folic acid in the bioavailable form of L-Methyl folate, which is easily absorbed and used directly by the body.
DHA capsules contain high purity fish oil that provides 200mg DHA and 40mg EPA. Intake of DHA by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and breastfed infant, as long as they take 200mg of DHA daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids for adults which is 250mg of DHA and EPA. This is exactly the amount of Pregnall bio-lact contains.
You can start taking Pregnall bio-lact at any stage during or after pregnancy.

Use:
Two tablets and one capsule daily with food and water.
