Chronobiane Immédiat has been specially designed to meet the needs of people whose sleep patterns have been disrupted as in the case of jet lag. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and minimizes the symptoms of jet lag.

Instructions for use:
- Difficulty falling asleep: 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to sleep. In case of long-term use for several months, medical advice is recommended.
- Jet lag: 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0,5 mg immediately before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the days following arrival at our destination (4 to 8 days).
