The nutritional supplement Myolegy®, thanks to its composition consisting of marine magnesium, PEA* and patented Phytostandard® valerian extract, is intended for people who need the normal functioning of the muscular system.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Muscles play a catalytic role in many body functions (breathing, digestion). There are three types of muscle: cardiac, skeletal and smooth. Consisting of a bundle of fibers, skeletal muscle enables movement through three basic states: muscle tone, stretch, or voluntary contraction. When there is no voluntary stimulation, certain disturbances such as muscle twitches may persist at the level of muscle function.
