Menarini Prostamol is a dietary supplement with serenoa repens or saw palmetto which strengthens the health of the male urinary system and protects the prostate.
Serenoa repens is a plant that is traditionally used to reduce prostate hypertrophy as well as to treat symptoms.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common condition in men over the age of 45, characterized by various symptoms such as frequent urination, delayed onset or painful urination.
The herb is rich in phytosterols and contributes effectively to the protection of the urinary system as well as to the improvement and reduction of the symptoms of benign hyperplasia.
Its action is due to the inhibition of a 5-α-reductase enzyme which participates in the formation of dihydrotestosterone, a hormone responsible for the swelling of the prostate gland. It helps in the normal flow of urine and in the good emptying of the bladder while significantly reducing nighttime enuresis.

One capsule a day after food, with a glass of water.
