Cinnamon 2500mg

Cinnamon has been used for hundreds of years to improve digestive problems.

Recent research has shown that cinnamon can also help the body maintain a smoother balance of energy stores between meals.

When using herbs and spices in Lamberts formulas, we always ensure that we use the correct species and essential parts of the plant.

This is why we specifically use cinnamon bark since it is the bark, as opposed to the oil, that is proven for cinnamon's actions.

We have used the same amount of cinnamon extract according to the levels of scientific studies but this is unfortunately not true of all cinnamon preparations on the market today.
