Silymarin is the active ingredient in the fruit of Silybum marianum, commonly known as milk thistle. It consists of three isomers called Silybin, Silidanin, and Silicristin, which are also called flavonolignans.

Silybin is the most basic ingredient.

For centuries it is believed that this herb has spectacular effects on liver health thanks to its antioxidant action. It is also the most studied herb of all, as there are over 300 scientific studies on its chemical composition and use.

We use a standardized extract obtained from the mature seeds of the plant, with a guaranteed yield of 200mg Silymarin per tablet.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by the physician.

It should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
